Mario and Luigi, I don't think ever did something stupid as kids/babies. To be fair when Mario and Luigi were small they saved the world helping their future counterparts in Mario and Luigi Partners in Time. I mean unless you don't count that as a cannon. Better yet when they were young they were already going Go Karting, and playing sports.
