I think for the live event, we SHOULD get a new one. After c2 season ends, a new event should happen, something sort of returning to the real timeline and doing the event there. It would be a bit off if the event happened in the chapter 2 map

I wonder what kind of skins we would get in the battle pass. Chapter 2 had some of the most iconic characters in Fortnite. Chapter 1 OG kinda combined the skins, so I’m guessing that will be done for this as well. I’m really excited to see what kind of remixed chapter 2 skins we could get

Also they'll probably make a reload version of c2 island and im hoping they bring back the old map as a permament mode with rotations, just imagine c1-c2 maps as reload and as base br maps, may a little clutter-ish, but i think it would be the best outcome, if they just give us a new map - eh

chapter 2 would be failed as an attempt and attract less users. they would garner a far better reception if they were to reincorporate the galactic theme at the end of Season OG 1 and every week there's a cutscene of the players going through different galaxies/portals or whatever you call them. say week 1 is Ch1S3, then at the end of that week, there's a cutscene through a portal/galaxy, then you're in a new time period, which could be, Ch1S8, and then Ch2S1, Ch2S3.... etc. It would really build on well with their theme they set last year where they had those portals/galaxies at the end of the end event, and allow for some wicked variation for all players, and would also bring in most bank for them. Win-win. Hoping they do that.

I hope Epic brings back the water zone for season 3 instead of flooding the map. We only had 3 days with this feature and it would be insane to play with this again

I just hope that after c2 season chapter 6 has hitscan because I hate the new chapter 5 projectile bullet system and I personally believe it should be reserved for weapons that take extra skill like the sniper and dmr etc.
Also please I’m hoping chapter 6 brings back RPGs and snipers for the entire chapter I miss RPGs especially

Update: the live event is going to be a finale to chapter 5 and will most likely have something to do with stopping Mefisto.

Your not the only one who’s worried about Chapter 2 man. Believe me all of us are worried about it too. I started playing chapter 2 season 1 at the end of 2019 that’s when I got my xbox. And the first time I played when it made me drop in. I won… So like I don’t know if they’ll put the lightsabers in the OG. Cuz remember when they put the lightsabers and the blasters back in Chapter 2 season 1? It’s concerning yes. But however we just need to wait and see. My first skin was the rogue spider knight i got from a card and it’s was on Christmas. But now the skin im rocking and still am til this day is the 8Ball (Golden) cuz its one of the skin that looks so cool n shit you know? I kinda wish that fortnite didn’t add the sprinting, mantling, and sliding mechanics in the game cuz it would really feel like it’s the true OG. If they make chapter 2 reload I would be a little disappointed. Because I don’t want my favorite chapter 2 a small map you know. Wonder if my 8Ball skin gonna be in the remix BP. I also do miss the old BP when there wasn’t any stars and you just find the XP tokens around the map and find the “Fortnite” letters around the map too. And use the boats too. The only transportation on chapter 2 season 1 was on the boats then comes chapter 2 season 2 with the helicopters. On season 3 of chapter 2 I haven’t played much on that season and stuff but i did know that i missed alot of stuff in that season. I haven’t finished that BP. So this is where I couldn’t buy the marvel season and the mando season. Because i lost determination in chapter 2 season 3. I mean if i had so much determination in that BP I would’ve finished that BP and get those seasons and finish em. Don’t get me wrong it’s just that i lost that determination the BP was solid and all. I think they should bring all of that back. And put the rarity colors back. I know alot of people want epic games to bring all of that back. Also I forgot about the fully corrupted scratch skin and the fully gold skins for midas and the skins from chapter 2 season 2 season. I don’t know if you could them fully corrupted/gold for the OG chapter 2 seasons and i think it’s should carry out to it. I remembered the loading screen from those seasons especially season 1. Those loading screens look cool. And really hope and wonder if they’ll do those kind of loading screens again.
