Antoine Pecko serves as the Managing Attorney for the Jacksonville office at the Law Offices of Anidjar and Levine.
Mr. Pecko combines trial experience with his knowledge of insurance companies to successfully represent his clients in a variety of cases ranging from soft tissue injury to loss of limb to wrongful death. He has successfully obtained multiple seven-figure settlements for his clients.
Observing his grandfather’s success as a trial attorney in New Orleans inspired Mr. Pecko to pursue a career in law. He attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville and began his legal career in 2013 as an Assistant State Attorney for the 1st Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office.
After trying 25 jury and bench trials, Mr. Pecko established himself as a strong trial attorney and was promoted to the felony division after his first year. Two years later, Mr. Pecko began working for Allstate Insurance Company. He focused primarily on personal injury, premises liability, and first-party cases.
After practicing for three years and learning how insurance adjusters and insurance defense attorneys strategize for pre-suit cases, litigation cases, and trials, he began representing injured people in insurance claims and lawsuits. He is authorized to litigate in state and federal court, and he has litigated cases from North Florida to South Florida and into the Florida Panhandle.
He and his wife, Chelsea, have three beautiful daughters. When he is not in the courtroom fighting for his client’s rights, he is spending time with family and enjoying Florida’s natural beauty whether by boating, fishing, snorkeling, or cooking freshly caught seafood.
