Hello thank you very nice! If I may I have several questions. When a material from SU is used across the model, can I replace it with other material from TM but partially only or will all change or is it limited to SU made groups? I have a very large mode 18 storeys over and underground 50 x 50 x 50m is volume size. It's a city block at the center or four cross streets all built in SketchUP 19 over two years. I have managed to take it to TM 2025 as FBX all loaded very well. It is for a game NOT for just renderings so I need the entire model which is very taxiing on the graphics. I needed to that as to migrate it to UE 5.4 game mode. Is there a way to limit the size of the surrounding landscape to only the land needed? mine is about 200x 200 m with some hills to give it volume. But I am afraid when exporting the Datasmith file it will be gigantic with all the land till the horizon. I wanted to put the trees in my street but found out my PC can't handle it all. I was to understand it is easier to place all the trees in TM rather then UE .... Also I have been searching how to excavate land in volume needed to build underground and avoid the landscape to cross my building. In Lumion this exists and is VERY convenient. In TM I only found something vaguely like this in sculpting mode and it is near impossible to excavate exact volumes and it takes hours to refill where the excavation meets the building.

Can these designs be used for private home planning- do you offer consultations?

I have problem - I painted a terrain with grass, but when I change the terrain height marks, the grass doesn't change with it. Is there a solution for this?

I often crash while rendering(maxing vram), my scenes are just to complex 8gb vram 4060 32gb ram (is there anything I can do?). I know its a very general question, but its just extremly annoying.

And Pathtracer is allways so exremly noisy, idk wasnt able to produce one actually good output in my opinion...
