Hate crimes rise in NYC every year since 2020

New numbers are out painting a disturbing and disheartening picture of hate crime across New York state. A report from the state Comptroller's Office reveals hate crimes surged last year. FOX 5 NY's Teresa Priolo takes a look at the report.
