Just found this video looking for help and found that most of the comments are from months ago. As of June 28th 2024, the glitch is not patched out on whatever the current version is on PS5. If you hit a death barrier, you went too high. I find it works best if you do one dash angled up, then a few straight sideways, then another angled up, then straight sideways until the camera snaps back to your position. While the glitch still works, you will not receive the trophy for completing Trip's Story (regardless of which option you choose on the stage complete screen), so this won't help you if you want the Platinum.

Now if only there was a skip for the last story boss...i doubt there will be ever a skip found would be mind blowing if someone figured out a glitch in it where you wouldnt lose any rings while super

Can you help find a glitch to skip Frozen Base Zone Act 2 or go straight to Egg Fortress Zone (I need to find a way to skip that level since I am doing a pacifist run)?

So, I’m playing on steam deck and I’m on trips story. When I try to do this glitch it just makes me lose my rings and fall off, do you have any suggestions to fix this?

Just a warning The part where you gotta use bullet right as the platform gets right before the end is so tedious i kept dying 90% of the time

Also when you fall near the capsule you will infinitely fall until you either quit or restart the stage so super trip is advised if possible

I will definitely try this. The final boss is not difficult, but it is unbalanced. His standards are excellent compared to the Eggman Final Boss, which is terrible. The big problem with this boss is that in the first phase of the boss, you are forced to wait a LONG time before attack. The second phase is much more enjoyable, however, a mistake can be fatal when you are hit by the shots... booring.
