Enhancing Aviation Safety Culture with IATA I-ASC

IATA’s Aviation Safety Culture survey (I-ASC) helps airlines and aviation organizations assess and improve their safety culture. Developed in collaboration with Cranfield University and Ipsos, I-ASC provides a structured, data-driven approach to identifying safety gaps and benchmarking performance.

Using anonymized surveys, I-ASC gathers employee insights on safety perceptions, incident reporting, and engagement with safety processes. The results offer clear, actionable recommendations to enhance safety culture, aligned with ICAO Annex 19 and IOSA standards.
