This is more realistic..a one stall garage size..Have seen so many 'tiny homes' made from double garages and so forth.. My son made me one from a one stall garage that I will be moving to, soon.

This is what I want. I’m turning my 4 bdrm home over to my daughter and her family. I’m being moved to garage. I have very mixed feelings because it’s a garage. But this plan is what I want.
