I have one of these Dodge minivans. The wiper cowling is designed to be removable so as to allow easy access to the back of the engine. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to remove it. Replacing the rear plugs is much easier with the cowl removed.

Short and to the point, thank you! by the way using a old spark plug boot to grab the plug was brilliant. Job completed with less headache.

Thanks. Changed my plugs and wires on my 3.8L 2007 today. Front (2-4-6) was easy. Used a vacuum cleaner to get those bits of dirt and rust at the spark plug hole openings that result when taking out the old plugs. On the back, it's a bit of work to get your hand back there but I was able to do it by feel (removal of wires, removal of plugs). To put in the new plugs I used a small mirror on a long pole and a flashlight. Solved my P0420 code. Wire for #2 was longest (slightly longer than #1). Wire for #3 was barely longer than #4 wire. Wire #6 is a few inches longer than wire #5 (very shortest of all).

I've done this very very VERY careful on the back spark plugs....for a professional it's easy to say and do, but for a beginner not seeing what you're doing and only going by touch can be I found it easier to remove the windshield wiper unit.... that way you see everything that your doing!

Not necessary to remove upper intake just remove rubber tube between air filter box and intake and reach passenger side of engine to get back 3 spark plugs. I did that on my 2001 Dodge Caravan 3.3 litter engine took 1 hour to charge all 6 spark plugs and spark plug wires. I use 3 inch extension, 5/8 spark plug socket and flex head rachet

Hello, I tried to find a venue to ask a general question but couldn't. So, I am posting here to see if it will get through.
I have a 2011 T&C and like many have had the issue where the HVAC controls have a mind of their own. It appears that the rear control system is the culprit, when you switch off the rear system totally and lock it out, all is fine. My question is, can you actually repair this condition with a new controller, etc? I would prefer for everything on my van to work properly...thx!

I liked your instruction on the van. I just need sequence of cable arraignment

Question have a early 01 dodge caravan with 3.3l v6 very low mileage! And i have a 07 3.3l chrysler town and country. What inter changes? Will the motors and transmissions interchange? I see the intake on the 01 is different and the front brackets and arrangements(alt, ac, ps) would the long block out of the 3.3 2001 engine fit the 07.?

me out, I changed the spark plugs and wires on my 01 Carvana and after doing that my van has a ruff vibration at ideal or coming to a stop on red. I got a mechanic to clean out the threading where the spark plugs go and it keeps doing it maybe it’s the coils ? I also need an oxygen sensor maybe that will do the trick? If anyone has been in this situation help me out thanks !

Lost track of which length goes to which plug. I took them all off at once not realizing my replacement wires do not have numbers on them . Tried matching them up as best I can and it started rough. I think two of my wires are on the wrong plugs. How do I determine? They are similar lengths..
