Ok let's be honest here, it would seem like Splinter would get revenge, but considering he didn't try to get revenge for his last kid... Probably not, out of all of the characters, like even if Splinter did try to get revenge, Raphael would be the only one to be willing to sacrifice his life to avenge a member of his family, Raph has been shown to stop at nothing if his family gets injured, if someone kills Mikey, there's not a place on earth they could hide from his wrath

How I think it would go down
Casey: depression
April: "poor so what about the other issues we have rn-"
Leo: anger and aggression
Raph: Pure rage mixed with sorrow and ignorance
Donatello: Wouldn't accept, would find a way(thinks he could at least)
Leatherhead: *AGRESSION X8-* cue war song- cue lights, cue coffins
Mondo: just depression, sorrow and grief
Splinter: *coffin noises*

If splinter was alive: meditation and revenge. Would be trying to recollect himself and his sons then try to make a plan, probably gonna do the hardest fighting- if not then he'd make it a "challenge" for leo, raph and don to get over

I think Raph would be the one to get revenge the most. If you actually noticed, everytime Mikey gets hurt, Raph is the first one to react. Raph cares about Mikey, even if he get on his nerves a lot. And it would be very heartbreaking if Mikey died
