Yoshimura R77 Exhaust Install : 2008-2011 Yamaha TMAX 500 : Detailed How-To

I'm installing a Yoshimura R77 full exhaust on my 2011 Yamaha TMAX 500 and I'll show you the entire process in detail, including installation of the noise reducer (commonly called a dB or decibel killer). Even if you're using a different pipe or have a different model of TMAX, some info may be helpful to you.

I kept my customers yoshi spring puller to help me with the 2 stroke springs. Cause lord I need Thor like strength to get them on, but man! That engine sounds great!

I couldn’t get full exhaust system but I had to put only the muffler on the stock pipe. It sound good but I don’t know if it might have a technical problem
