A successful business model in congruence with a social issue is a perfect recipe for a meaningful life. Shantanu Naidu, in his speech, presented the world with the need and a variety of ways to have a kind career. He also reflected on the fact, that we as humans live and thrive on stories and at the end of the day that is what uniquely makes us human. He concluded his speech by advising the audience to drop a trail of kindness everywhere they go. Shantanu Naidu is the Founder and CEO of "Goodfellows" and General Manager at The office of Mr. Ratan Tata.

Goodfellows is India's first companionship startup which pairs seniors with young, empathetic people and this stemmed from Shantanu's intergenerational friendships with other seniors and Mr. Tata which he was eager to share further.

Simultaneously, he also assists Mr Tata in his startup investments ever since he completed his MBA at Cornell University, New York.

The launch of his first startup, Motopaws, which dedicates itself to animal welfare and was funded by Mr. Ratan N Tata was a significat part of his journey.

His many endevours include an entrepreneurial course called 'On Your Sparks' and a soft skills training course called 'Nobody Told Me' for fresh graduates.
