Basically, the title. I overheard my wife talking to one of her best friends on the phone while I was passing the bedroom. This friend is in a serious relationship. My wife then said to her, “Sweetie, remember it’s your choice. Don’t settle for just anyone. That’s the mistake I made. Who knows who else I could have had. [My name] was my very last resort, and now look where it made me end up.” Hearing that honestly broke my heart in two. Does she even love me? Why am I being treated as a second base?

Story 2? My dude, people don't get random when they get drunk, they get honest. This guy completely blasted past the comment that said: She's probably rehearsing what she's going to say to you. If she's really been helping this guy so much, and been there for him through his mental issues, would she really have just let that randomly slip while drunk? No. Bitch took a look at him while drunk and thought: this guy is so under my thumb I can say whatever the fuck I want and he'll still be mine.

Hopefully it doesn't take him too much longer to figure out what he needs to do.

2nd story- Dude come on its so obvious that she is still not over Ty. If she was, she wouldn't have mentioned him while drunk. Drunk words reveal true thoughts. OP stop being a delusional doormat, you're not her first choice (and you never will be) and she doesn't love you as much as you think.
