I show you how factory reset the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 back to original factory default settings. This will work even if you forgot your password. Remember with full factory reset you will lose all your personal data including photos, videos, etc as if you just bought the Surface Pro brand new and took it out of the box.

Help!! After 2nd step he explains; (Troubleshoot ➡️ “Reset this PC”), I do not have “Reset this PC” instead at the top of my blue screen is “UEIFI FIRMWARE SETTINGS
Change settings in your PC’s UEFI firmware”

Other box is Startup Settings.

Neither one leads me anywhere to the factory reset I seek… also trying to get a hold of previous owner for the password, call back yet. Any and all help with this paperweight is much appreciated!

If I do this (forgot password) will I need the Google information or windows account to log back in? (Don't remember log in to those either.)
