The term relationship between real life full siblings is really broad. Some families have 15 children (rare I know, but the paternal side of my family has 11) so the first and the last child could very well have an age difference of 30 years. Let's not forget that 100 years ago it was normal for a 14 year old girl to marry a 28 year old man and they could be making children from when she was 16 until she was 48. So some children could potentially have an age gap of 32 years and end up the uncle being younger than the nephews. Now in my case my sister is 13 years older than me, so especially when I was a toddler she had kind of a role as a ''second mother to me'', so I can't relate to sibling rivalry like that. But if the children have a small age difference, let's say less than 3 yeas or are twins like Aether and Lumine then yes they would certainly mess with each other a lot, I have seen it happen. But as the age gap broadens the older siblings lean to take more of a parental behavior towards their younger siblings than rivaling them. Even today families have chidden with big age differences between them. If your sister or brother are 20 years older than you you definitely will not be that casual with them. I know, I know, I just wanted to add that.
