The Wall Street bull gets company

A $2.5 trillion asset manager put a statue of a defiant girl in front of the Wall Street bull to highlight a call for more women in leadership roles.

The bull represents aggressive financial prosperity and optimism in the U.S., so unless the artist is trying to say women are standing in the way of progressive economics, i don't get the point of this statue.
