Be EXTREMELY careful with anything hanging on the bottom of the drone. I tied a note to my wife and planned on flying it over to her at a near by school. As soon as I took off, the props sucked up the paper and my drone fell straight down on the street and shattered. Thank GOD I had DJI Refresh and they covered it, but lesson learned!!

I was searching YT for this video hoping you would have the solution.
I have the same setup, Air2S and the Hanatora Payload Airdrop.
I'm looking for a way to carry the parachute, safely, without having either the parachute or string, dangling in the airstream.
It's kinda fine what you did, but, you got lucky because you took off straight up, however, if you flew forward, the speed or a gust of wind, could've easily make the string come up and wrap it self around the propellers.

I'm wracking my brains trying to come up with a folding solution that would allow me to take off and fly without the risk of the airstream blowing the string into the propellers.
Additionally, folding the parachute into a neat bundle, keeps it away from the sensors, which is another thing that could cause control problems with the drone.

You should drop a paper plain from the air, I’ve done that and the paper plain flew a half a mile from 500 feet according to the DJI app!
