These verses are talking about the French invasion of Netherlands, Germany, Savoy, Piedmont, Venice and the Napoleonic Wars 1793-1806. It falls perfectly in sequence with a slew of other already fulfilled prophecies. the Waldenses, Hugenots and others were slain by the Roman Catholic Church in these very areas, now God meted out judgment upon them. The rivers of the Rhine, Danube, and Po rivers were filled with blood like no war before.

Here is the pesher of Rev. 16 : 4-9. (4)-- On tne Day of Pentecost, Wednesday, May 29, 65 AD, when the news had come of Nero's persecution in Rome, the administer gave the money to Ananus' Gentiles at Qumran. It was given to the Gentile monastic school there. The pilgrim's form of communion was observed there. (5)-- I heard the Saduccee abbot at Qumran say, "Ananus, Chief Priest from Ephesus, you baptize Essenes at Qumran. You are the priest for Rome, & head of ascetics there. You have acted as Herodian judge in Rome. " (6)-- The Christian form of communion is still observed in Rome under Jesus Justus representating Jesus. He gives communion in place of Timothy, who was put to death in Nero's persecution. As priest in Rome, you authorized Jesus Justus to act like a priest, equal to a Phanuel. (7)-- Then I heard Ananus say to the new Saduccee high priest Matthias: "I assent to your appointment as High Priest & king's priest to Agrippa, teaching in Saduccee-Essene schools. You act as judge to Essenes. " (8)-- On the Day of Pentecost, Wednesday, May 28, 66 AD, the 4th minister spent the money to gain control of Masada. Agrippa did not defend the tyrant of Masada, Eleazar Ben Jair, against the Romans. (9)-- Eleazar was attacked by Romans, & war broke out. As a zealot, Eleazar opposed Matthias, the high priest, who observed the Pentecost season. Eleazar did not join the Rome province, & did not accept that Matthias was the true high priest. ///'WATER', 'RIVER' -- Qumran, & the aqueduct. The Gentiles were there, & the Gentile monastic school was there. 'BLOOD'-- Means a cup of fermented. wine with a smear of blood on it. In verse 4 it means the pilgrim's form of communion. In verse 6, it refers to the Christian form of communion. 'ANGEL OF THE WATERS'-- The abbot at Qumran. 'SUN'-- The Zadokite high priest Michael, called the 'Sun' because he was responsible for the solar calendar. In verse 8, the title was used by Agrippa. 'BLASPHEMY'-- The doctrine of the Damas us party, who were zealots. Any time you see the word 'blasphemy or blasphemous, it refers to zealotry
