Ohh, man. This was so emotional. Sam Heughans acting was bloody brilliant, he held Jamie's tears back in front of Murtagh, but when he went, ohhh 😭. Everything about this was fantastic ❤️😭
But God, when he says he releases him from the vow, then Murtagh's death happens and he's like I take it back, damn. Cue the waterworks 😭

I liked Murtagh right from the start. I never wanted him dead. I don't know if I'd be able to watch the show again the same way in his absence. I just so badly want him back. Like knit any storyline, any twist in the show, either in the character of his abandoned son or his twin brother, but just bring Duncan BACK in the show for Jesus Roosevelt Christ's sake!!!

After watching the last season here available here on Netflix in Germany I literally went into mourning😫😭 This production is so good it cannot be outdone!!! Nothing measured up to it on Netflix anymore !🤷🏽‍♀️

A sad scene. You can see Jamie crying. When he discharged Murthag from his oath and told him to leave. He wanted to save him. Well, he lost his baptismal father anyway.

Does anyone else think this scene was directed/ scored/ acted in a similar way to the earlier seasons? Definitely one of my favourite scenes in season 5!
