So the problem is the people coming in not the fact that bad guys can survive in the police? Every system has to have both surely and given the “bad apples” are currently employed there, we have to cleanse the forces first don’t we?

Essentially the issue isn’t the bad, racist, or dumb cop, its the fact they can exist comfortably there and the system will protect them and work to keep them in the system rather than expel them.

Im not entirely sold on Anand yet, but this was a good interview. I would love for him to sit down with GOP Rep. Tim Scott or another Republican seeing how his Will Hurd interview left a lot to be desired
