Matt seems to have really captured the direction blink wanted to take. He deserves to be in the band

I'm really glad they let Matt talk about some of the songs. I'm glad blink is getting more press!

I'm really in love with Matt explaining Bored To Death. It just makes sense in his parts of the song and also, c'mon, everything is much easier to say than "I''m hurt". He got it spot on.

What I got from this.... Mark: dark lyrics. Matt: loves every song.

Turn the video up to hear them talk... turn the video down because the music is blasting me... turn the video up again to hear them talk... turn it down again...

matt is way better at writing lyrics and singing them than explaining them

"it's easier to say I'm bored or I'm angry or anything is much easier to say than: I'm hurt" - so true, Matt, so true.

Everyone doesnt know the great potential Matt has. He's capable and talented, they all are friends, i couldnt have asked for a better man to fill in for Tom. He isnt some random dude they picked, Matts been around for a long time with his own bands/solo. Yet most "fans" think Tom was heart and sole of the band when he really was bringing blink down with depressing songs as seen in Neighborhoods, and fucking up in live shows on purpose. like he didnt care anymore. California is a step up, its more energetic just like how older blink was. Not necessarily the same but musicians mature, so do their sounds. I love California, Matt did awesome but you all are judging him waaay to harshly by just one album. Give him a chance, they still have plenty of time to experiment, and listen to his bands. and if you still want to cry over Tom, listen to boxcar racer or angels and airwaves. blink isnt even his best work compared to those. and just leave stop with your shit nonsense and MOVE ON.

Blink-182 for life. California is amazing from start to finish. Matt is a great addition to the band it's fun to hear these guys as they grow older. Can't wait to see them in South Carolina. I wonder if Tom has listened to it.

Matt doesn't really know how to explain what San Diego is about without stating the obvious: the band's breakup with Tom.

I know some of you have alluded to San Diego and the awkward confrontation, but if you look at Mark while Matt explains it, he gets a little choked up, and you know, why wouldnt he when it involves your former best friend. And you can tell Matt does his best to not say anything that will go bad with Mark, but just enough to get his point across. He's between a rock and a hard place.

Left Alone as the single could have been pretty interesting.
