first thing nerf dont really force anybody to do one thing its always an option, and secondly fiddle is built for jungling he was actually the first ap jungler

well they wanted her ult to be a full initiation spell to start with, not for execution
or doing full dmg if the enemy is at like half

Yeah but just because a champ is being played differently to how they first wanted that doesnt mean they nerf them and force everyone to play one way. Like fiddle wasn't built as a jungler, but players discovered his power in the jungle and played him that way.

Why would they make evelynn's ulti 'percentage of CURRENT health'? that makes it almost pointless unless someone has a significant amount of health. I can understand the range issue, but nurfing the effect of it is stupid.
