Thanks very much for posting this. I had to take my motor apart and reseal it. After the gaskets all dried a few days later I couldn’t remember how the rollers and belts went together. Amateur move lol. Anyway your video is perfect. Thanks for posting.

Thanks, I have a dirt devil pool cleaner. The inner drive belts are the same as aquabot. Idiscovered as everyone told me i couldn't get them any more reassembly seemed impossible but your tips made it easier.

I have a very similiar cleaner, it's an Aquabot Supreme. I'm having an issue with the gear turning but the drive belt is slipping. I purchased new belts and installed them, however they seem to be very loose and the gear is not grabbing them properly. I have the sleeve rollers in exactly as they're supposed to be. Is there anything that you can think of that I'm doing wrong? Thank you.

I have a blue diamond are their Drive tracks with the tan rubber bands on the right side as well as the left side

My belts need replaced but the aquabelt is not picking up any debris. Would a missing belt cause this?

Hey Nick, i have a Breeze SE. Purchased last year and it works well occasionally stopping on the deep end suction caps(usually when filter is running. The problem is 1 of the 2 impeller flaps that open and close as it cleans has already started to tear. I was able to order new flaps but want to know the best way to replace it. I cant find any videos, i don't have the owners manual and no diagram of the cleaner breakdown.. Can you help ?

New belts still slipping? Belts never touch tensioners no matter what direction. Lower no longer has rollers but that guide track in their place Any sugestions>

Nick..are the bushings THAT important? I have replaced the yellow belts but it will go smoothly..then click, click- fail. I bought one blue replaceable wheel brush..I ordered 2 but they sent one. Wondering if that can be the issue?

whats the large spacer bracket for. Mine Tomcat parts did not have this ? i have 4 nylong washers with no mention of what for. Was none on the original ?

not the sme controller drive box as mine. wiring is internal. Motor, pump is on but no drive shaft turning to the tracks ?? any ideas I have to take apart the drive box ?

The switch for large and small pools is stuck, I'm trying to clean it, it may be rusted, because I never switched up or down.
But can't find the way to open the power control box.

i have to change my small brown drive belts monthly ! yes as it does not climb tile/ ceramic walls or drive forward; it grinds down the timing belts till they break. If not moving forward; its ruining your belts. Is there no auto intelligence to auto reverse if not moving forward; or a clutch so belts are not ruined ?
