It's amusing to see Shauno have a 4WD without a winch. The future Dirty 30 looked so grandpa spec. It would probably be worth a mint now if he kept it as it was in good condition.

Back in the day when Coffs tough tracks could be done on 33's with a 2" lift and rear locker, now days you just about need a comp truck.

We call them fish cakes here in Newfoundland Canada. Usually made with leftovers from salt fish and potatoes. The fish and potatoes were already boiled. So we just shred the fish and mash the potatoes, mix in some diced onion and add salt n pepper to taste. Pan fried and served with fresh homemade bread (still warm) with butter and molasses. Ketchup or mustard for the fish cakes depending upon preference
