the weird thing about this drink is it has the same amount of caffeine in the regular, just lower calorie and different ingredients and basically no sugar. I am on a calorie deficit so it fits my diet. I usually drink one 1-2 times a weekend. I usually drink Ghost energy though it's more caffeine due to my job being a desk job and it helps me to type and be consistent during a 8-11 hour work day.

3g carbs IS keto friendly, small cans are only 2g.

I'm more concerned about how the alternative sweeterns effect insulin. Even though there is no sugar, sucralose, which is almost all sugar free drinks and products, has the same gylcemic response as sugar. Any idea on how many grams of sucralose are in a sugar free red bull? They don't need to show it, so it seems like it's all a mystery.

Actually they are lying about the calories. 1 gram of carb has 4 calories. Protein has 4 calories per gram. So that’s 12 calories from carbs and let’s assume it’s 0.5 grams of protein which means 2 calories from protein. If we ad up 12+2 that’s actually 14 calories which is a 35 percent increase

It has 3 carbs, I'm 6ft 170 pounds dropping down to 165, I allow myself 50-100 grams of carbs a day while macro calculator says I can have 200 grams of carbs a day... all this stuff is not easy. I know there's better options but sometimes I give into my weaknesses. Getting ripped is one of the hardest things I've ever done honestly. Hope all this hard work pays off and I can feel happy shirtless.

I'm drinking one at this very moment, while in ketosis. 😉
3 g of carbs is not.. going to kick you out of ketosis, unless you've had 37 g of carbs before it. 😂 (Input your limit).
Also, super loss and aspartame would have to be consumed in ginormous amounts to be harmful. This is perfectly okay for someone on the ketogenic diet. With all things, lethality is in the dose. 😎🙏
