Murder some one get 10-15 years. Deal drugs or whatever and get 30 years? Who writes these laws? This woman must’ve had a crappy lawyer.

30 years is way too much time especially for a first time offender. The system is fkd up.

It’s so strange that some of the most intelligent women end up with the worst partners and then do the most stupid things. I think it boils down to lack of self esteem. They need a man to define who they are. Their identity seems to break apart without that. I have been there before. But these particular women who have crossed the line into crime for some undeserving creep also lack strength of character. In my own experience, no matter how much I needed the approval of others, I never gave up my basic ethical/moral principles. Not for anyone. I hope these basically decent woman can rebuild their lives. I’m rooting for them 🙂

I'm glad she is free now and I hope she is doing well. No one should suffer a long sentence for making a small mistake.

What in inspiration this woman is and how she touched the lives of the other inmates. God bless her and her future. She was taught life lessons while incarcerated and I pray she is able to take what she has learned to help others now that she has been released.

WTH? Wait, Did she rape or molest the drugs? That judge threw the whole book *_AND_* gavel at her ass!
We have all seen murderers, rapists and pedophiles receive much less.

When I catch myself judging Inmates and homeless people I feel super guilty and remind myself that can easily be me. Some people can have the worst luck. Simply wrong place wrong time

This is super sad. She does not belong in prison for 30 years. Poor woman.

Her story is truly sad. You can be a good person with a nice career, great family, solid background. But ONE stupid decision can ruin the rest of your life. Prison is full of good ppl who decided to make one bad decision, and now will face much of their lives behind bars.

So I’m 2 minutes in and she is a first time offender. From the thumbnail I know she was an art teacher. She says she had a good upbringing. Now I’m wondering what she did to get there and why the sentence is so long.

Anyone else actually get annoyed that these videos drag out the suspense and don’t get to the point?

Come on ladies. Stop giving up who you are, and what you believe for a man.

She shouldn’t have gotten that sentence!!! I couldn’t believe they said she got 30 years for her ex being a drug dealer. That’s just crazy, she didn’t even kill anyone, she doesn’t belong there.
