Hualien & Taitung Taiwan Solo Travel Vlog 🇹🇼 Hiking in a TYPHOON, Taroko National Park, Thean Hou

In this vlog I take you around with me for a few nights in Eastern Taiwan, specifically the coastal cities of Hualien and Taitung.

Taroko National Park is just a bus ride from central Hualien, and visitors can enjoy all kinds of activities there like hiking, birdwatching, and more. Unfortunately I went during a typhoon, so I had to cut my hike on the Shakadong Trail a bit short!

Taitung is a bit farther south and has equally as amazing access to nature, with the Dulan Forest just to the North which is accessible by bus. I loved seeing the majestic Sansiantai Bridge in real life, and the various aboriginal sculptures and art installations seen all along the coast.

My next Taiwan vlog will include my trips to Taichung and few other spots so stay tuned for more Taiwan vlogs.
