It could be said that the DirectStorage tomorrow could have even more relevance than it already has to communicate the VRAM of the video card with the NVMe SSD drive to facilitate the latency and performance of the data load. This is very interesting. My current Z690 Chipset only has DDR4 support, but by implementing this in the CPU and in PCIe 5.0 slots through expansion cards, it would make the bandwidth more flexible, providing more speed and more high-speed transfer channels. Interesting Samsung, I like it, you are always innovating!

To many people in comment sections. CXL is NOT a technology for mainstream (yet). This ad is basically targeted not at general consumer but enterprise for their server. But even for them its still not gonna come soon because CXL requires Pcie Gen 5
