Swamp Thing has a new TV show on the DC Universe streaming App. This new show is sure to be awesome for fans of Swamp Thing. Its been a long time since there has been a new show. This video doesnt go over all of Swamp Thing's history, but it does go over the majority of the large events that have taken place throughout his many years in comics. If you don't know much about Swamp Thing, this is by far the most informative video on YouTube.

This character holds a special place in my life. You see, the first time I was introduced to swamp thing was via the 90's TV series. It use to Air on Kuwait Channel Two. My mom would translate it while we both watched it, mainly because I was 9 years old and hardly knew any English. I felt sorry for the character, due to the unfortunate events that he had to deal with. Later on, Iraq invaded our country in the first Gulf War, and all the Kuwaiti media stopped broadcasting :(

My favorite comic book character. It's my namesake. My favorite comic book of his is Alan Moore's run in the mid-80s.

I think Swamp Thing is a fantastic character. I still think Alan Moore’s run on Swamp Thing is the best series in the entire history of the character. I’m also a huge Animal Man fan. The New 52 version of Animal Man is one of the best comics I’ve ever read. I absolutely love it when these two characters team up. Because Swamp Thing is the Avatar of The Green and Animal Man is The Avatar of The Red, it just makes perfect sense that these two heroes would work together. I love Swamp Thing so much that I decided to create an account for the DC Universe Streaming service just so I can watch the new Swamp Thing live Action tv series and trust me when I say that the first episode did not disappoint. My one wish for the show is that Animal Man should make an appearance at some point even if it’s in a much later season. I just think Animal Man is such a Badass character. As always great video and I look forward to seeing the next one.
