SECONDARY SCHOOL CURRICULUM: UNEB starts census ahead of continuous assessment

Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) is embarking on a nationwide exercise to register learners in secondary schools to collect continuous assessment scores, with effect from the first term of 2023. Dr Peter Waiswa Wakabi, the UNEB director for technology and Reprographics says this is in line with the revised lower secondary school curriculum, which will take into account exam results accumulated from senior one.UNEB says it will not allow learners from secondary schools, not included under the continuous assessment to register for the Uganda Certificate of Education examinations.
