An important part of writing an essay, happens before you even write. It happens when you are thinking about your topic. How do the author's you're reading present evidence? How are they looking at each side of the issue? Can you do the same thing? In this video, Dr. Lauritzen talks about how to look at both sides of an issue and how to think about whether or now sources actually support an argument.
