Choosing The BEST audio interface for you and your music production studio is a daunting task. If you're a musician who's a beginner at this it can be especially confusing to navigate, after all... buying the best audio interface for recording studio vocals and music is not as simple as picking the one that is the most expensive and guessing it'll have the best quality. As someone who has gone though this process and is now learning better (being in search for a new interface, myself) I'm going to tell you the things you should consider looking into and testing out when you are on the market for one yourself. Whether you're buying an audio interface for beginners like the Focusrite Scarlett Solo and Audient Evo 4 or you're looking to get something more professional, feature rich, and durable like the Arturia Audiofuse Rev 2 or Apogee Symphony Desktop, you'll definitely want to take your time and decide what's right for you and your own personal needs as a producer / artist / musician.

Audient iD4 or iD14 is the best choice for home studio on start. After that only Universal Audio, Neumann or RME 🙂

Would love to know how you setup your studio midi tools and why you choose the DAW you've used

I went for the Audient Evo 4 as general mic interface and as a pass through ADA for a mixing desk. I find it clean and easy to use. Bundled software? Never used.

I have a fastrak, don’t remember what I paid. Haven’t noticed latency issues really but damn now you got me wanting to upgrade 😂

One of the best audio interface videos, after scouring youtube for info! I have beyerdynamic 250 ohm headphones, 2015 macbook pro jack gets enough volume but im concerned im missing clarity/details. I just use a MIDI keyboard, monitors occasionally and in the box synths/samples. I was wondering if you had any options that you think would be great for me to look into purchasing? I saw the Apollo solo, but felt it was overkill for my needs and therefore not worth shelling out that much

So I AM X, don't put on 50 lbs+ or else Mike Tyson might let you manage him.

what is the difference between cd o runtime and duration according to @grantnorsworthy from @paulcolman he said to me that, Runtime is just how long it takes for a dong to play. It's the song that has a length of time it takes to play - also known as a runtime - but it's only the CD that will SHOW you the runtime. Another way of saying "runtime" is "the length of the song" or "the time it takes for the song to play" or "how long is the song". On a CD,
"runtime" shows you how much of the song you have listened to. Vinyl and cassette technology isn't able to show that time. CD's can. What Jonathan Miller told me is that runtime starts at 0:00 and finished when the audio is completed. I agree with Robert McClellan about Mastering.
All songs start at 0:00 because that shows us that no time of the song has passed yet.
0:00 is just another way of saying it's the beginning of the song. Aka @simplified
The number at the end of the song is
"whatever it might be" meaning, whatever the length of the song is. Is that true that every song has to start from beginning to end and do you agree what grant Norsworthy from Paul colman trio and Robert from Home Studio Simplified on why songs have to start from beginning to end?
