But the quotient could also be 302/19 = 15.8947 ? So do we have different meanings for the same term 'quotient' in maths? Actually, my confusion is resolved by wikipedia:
"The quotient has widespread use throughout mathematics. It has two definitions: either the integer part of a division (in the case of Euclidean division) or a fraction or ratio (in the case of a general division). "
"In arithmetic, Euclidean division – or division with remainder – is the process of dividing one integer (the dividend) by another (the divisor), in a way that produces an integer quotient and a natural number remainder strictly smaller than the absolute value of the divisor."

Man, I want that pencil you are using 😂😂😂😂, i love doing maths using a pencil, especially a darker one like the one you are using, damn.

Is this called integer division, as opposed to real number or calculator division - whenever I do a division problem on a calculator I get a long non terminating decimal.
