2019 BMW X1 vs 2019 BMW X2 - some extra space or slightly better performance?

BMW X1 or BMW X2? Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV) or Sports Activity Coupe (SAC)? Although BMW X1 and X2, the BMW's entry models in the SUV world, might seem similar at a first glance, there are some notable differences between them. While X1 offers more space (luggage volume, rear-seat headroom, ...) and is more traditionally shaped for people searching the SUV usability, BMW X2 can offer a sportier appearance and feel behind the wheel, and none the less slightly better performance thanks to its coupe-like shape and more powerful top of the range engine. The base model price should not play an important role when choosing between these two.
