I don't like how for almost every "100 years of..." video, the standard tag-line for the 2010s is that we have become so flexible that people can do their own thing. That's such a cop out. If we look at ourselves critically, we'll see that there are some overall patterns in our beauty standards too. There may be several parallel styles, but honestly, there were parallel styles for every decade. We just remember the predominant ones.

You really should have mentioned the "oversized matte lip" trend of the 2010's. Personally, I hate it but it's so popular in American culture that it deserves a mention!

80's, 90's and 2010's are WAY too understated.
The 80's look was just "When you were born in 2000, but you're going to an 80's party, but still want to look cute."
The 90's look was too understated and the 2010's look was basically a lie, because we all know there are and will always be standards.
