I pick my nose almost every other days, and I've been doing it all my life. It seems to be okay. How else are you supposed to get out the boggers. The boogers I have harden and you can feel it, so you just take it out. I'm not picking at the inside of the nose, I'm only getting rid of the hard pieces that are there. I don't usually touch the skin, I usually just take it the boogers that are stuck on the hairs of the nose.
