You can actually use Berry Magician Girl as starter of the Deck


Dark Magician Girl the Magician's Apprentice, as you can see, has "Magician Girl" in her name.


Berry Magician Girl, on Normal Summon, can add any "Magician Girl" monster from your Deck to your hand, which includes DMGMA. Also, even if the opponent target Berry Magician Girl with Impermanence or Veiler, Berry will immediately trigger her second effect, which allows you to Special Summon DMGMA directly from the Deck anyway


Which means, in Shining Sarcophagus Deck, Berry Magician Girl now can serve the Deck as either starter or a perfect handtrap bait (If the opponent is an idiot, Berry herself can bait at least 2 handtraps, which is a huge advantage for you). Not only that, because now you have 2 monsters on the field, Berry Magician Girl + DMGMA basically enables Fiendsmith Shining Sarcophagus variant, due to the fact that DMGMA can also Special Summon herself from your hand

However this is only theory. As for the actual gameplay, we still have to wait and see
