Thank you for a good video. "Mark-ing up"(pun intended) my drugstore interior postcards with visible post card racks. Have a great week.

I collect Edwardian actress postcards. A few of the actresses are very desirable, but most are common-a-garden and not worth much. Edwardian actors don't seem to be as popular, perhaps people like collecting the actresses for their fancy costumes... all those hats! ;)

I think your research is about in line with what I have experienced for Actors postcards. I have had some Musicians got for $20 or up but not the norm for me. I'd say the more recent actors and musicians do better for me.

My only complaint with ESE is that I wish eBay put a disclaimer on the buyer end about the whole "Delivered before really Delivered" issue that happens. I had a seller recently pre-emptively send me an email about that but it really shouldn't be the seller's job to explain to a buyer to have lessened expectations on the validity/timing of the tracking. Aside from that, I just want them to offer it up for Victorian Trade cards and matchless matchbook covers so that my entire inventory has a cheap way to ship with some form of tracking.

Thank you for replying to my comment, So far I have listed 440 cards and sold 36, I have had to slow down my listing as I have nearly reached my limit, this has made sales slow down too, hopefully I will be allowed more at the end of the month, I will make sure to spread them out across the month in future.

This video inspired me to list a handful of celebrity postcards I recently bought in London. I don’t have high hopes, but I am confident they will eventually sell and I will have a pretty good ROI.

The autographs have to slabbed and graded or they don't sell.

One other thing about ESE. I only recently started buying single postcards on ebay as I'm starting a small collection of my hometown area and a LOT of sellers are using toploaders with ESE. At least 5 of the 20 or so cards I bought used them, including a few chrome cards priced less than $4.00 each. Isn't that just gambling that your buyer going to get stuck paying for the non-machinable charge??? I feel bad for pricing a lot of cards at the $19.99 or less mark to give my buyers a deal yet shipping just in the ecoswift with no toploader, if people shipping $3.00 postcards are using
