Ive been looking at relocating to KY. I have been through there a couple times but was never able to explore. I have watched multiple videos on the state & Louisville specific. It might have been one of your videos that mentioned the RiverLink pass. That was the only mention I ever heard about that. Otherwise, there is a common theme. Every video mentions sports, weather, horse racing & bourbon. A few mention allergies. I already know your weather is typically better than my current area. If someone is looking at moving across country, I would think a more relevent video about things to know would cover job availability such as bigger blue collar employers or anybody new coming in or expanding and apartment rentals. Some videos cover buying a house but Id never buy without living in a place awhile to make sure I like it. I know nobody can make an exact list of prices but an estimated cost for a 1 bedroom by area would be nice. Not everybody is moving families. Maybe touch base on taxes or what to expect when registering your car for the first time. The DMV website talks about a 6% property tax but its not real clear on if its a one time charge or annual. I have talked to a KY county clerk for clarification but not everybody will go that far. Same with utilities. Are electric rates low or high compared to other places? There has to be more relevant info than expect to watch basketball & drink bourbon. It'd be like me saying when you come to Nebraska, be prepared to watch the Huskers.

You're definitely not a Kentuckian... I was born and raised in Kentucky on a tobacco farm and you haven't said a darn word about our culture.... Nothing said about our Southern hospitality or why we wave at people... I am very insulted buy your misrepresentation of the people who live here
