Guitar Center's Product Spotlight showcases the Epiphone Wildkat Hollowbody with Bigsby Tailpiece.

The WildKat Ltd Electric Guitar is a wild guitar with a lot to catch the fancy of all kinds of players: chrome Vibratone tailpiece for vintage detail, flamed maple top for gorgeous looks, and 2 Alnico V P-90s for hot-rodded tone. Maple neck, rosewood fretboard, mahogany sides and back, and body and neck binding complete the WildKat Electric Guitar.

I tried some guitars at Guitar Center the other day. None of them were in tune or set up correctly. I couldn't believe it. 8 people standing around in Guitar Center shirts talking about bands, and not one guitar was in tune. I went to a family owned music store today and picked up a Wildcat. It was set up beautifully, and it was in perfect tune. I bought it.

Thanks for not making this sound muddy! Finally someone who changes the EQ settings to suit the guitar!

I play one thats for sale at my local music store every time I go there and I love the thing. Kinda funny that guitar center gave the best demo I've seen thus far.

At the end of the demo, there are four harmonics, what are they? I have three, the first and the last two. But... Which is the second harmonic??? I think this is in C. But it is impossible to play! Or at least on my guitar... I looked all the fingerboard of my wildkat and I didn't find it. Anybody knows?. By the way, it's a excellent demo. Thanks!

I have a 2014 model. I adjust string action on all my guitars to max low with complete disregard for "recommended" string and relief settings. The Wildkat bridge cover is so dam tall that all 6 strings come in contact with it if you go low. Loosen only (dont remove) all strings, remove brij pup, de-solder the cover, grind or file the bottom edge of that metal chrome pup cover all arnd perimiter till desired clearance achieved. Reassemble and smile big.

Does this guitar have a center block to reduce feedback with distortion?

I have a red 339 pro and I want the nickel tail piece and whammy bar. This video made the decision for me!

My only gripe with the Wild Cat is that you can't adjust pick up height, which is really essential on a P90 loaded guitar. I think that is the reason I went to the ES-339 Pro w/P90's.

Great playing! Anyone know what style he's playing during this demo (and/or it's inspired by)'cause I would like to track down some tabs etc. and give it a go.

0:58 - 22 3/4 scale? Did he misspeak and it's actually 24 3/4?

This, a dot, or a 339 Pro. What should I go for?

Man I really want one of these and think it would make a nice addition to my Gibson Les Paul Classic, but I have a problem with Epiphone being made in China or the middle east, being as a majority of the guitars from over there are made out of materials  that are not made to last and are usually of low quality. But if there was ever a China made guitar then this would be the one to buy, the  tones coming out of this makes me a true believer that for 500 bucks this is a steal.
