I have this identical car, 1, 250 miles so far - biggest gripe is 1-2 shift. First is way too short and it’s near impossible to consistently have a smooth 1-2 shift with the rev hang. That minor gripe aside it’s a beast and I love it.

What a machine. The Germans do it right.

Full leather is a must have. Really makes the interior (and covers up that cheap looking plastic dash). The new silver wheels are 🤌

Interesting take on the gloss black centre console lol. The vast majority tends to hate gloss black as it shows so much dust and fingerprints.

If I had the cash, I would definitely part with it! Outstanding!

What a sweet car. Near perfect balance of style, reliability and performance. I just wish it was possible to get cars like this with actual gauges instead of cheap rectangular screens.

Imo gloss black trim doesn't wear well at all. It shows scratches and smudges. I think the matte black was a good choice.

I know you're a sucker for green cars. (like your Mustang was 🙂 I must admit my last car I bought was green too) Nice car....too bad you couldn't test its full acceleration but understand why you didn't.

I have a 2022 M4 just about like this, manual transmission, Isle of Man Green with the Tartufo brown full leather interior, and the moon roof. The biggest difference is that mine has the iDrive 7 (iDrive 8 which this car has didn't come out on the M4 until 2024), and I have have the 825M bi-color wheels. The all silver colored wheels are new for 2025.

As for iDrive 8, I'm glad mine doesn't have it. I don't like the way that freestanding screen stretches clear across the dash to the right the info display. The HVAC controls are all on the bottom of the infotainment display and are a pain in the rear to use. I much prefer the actual buttons on my car. The 2025 Ford Mustang has the same issue but the instrument cluster display is much better, and allow s you to select several display styles including simulated analog display modes, one of which emulates the instrument cluster from the late Fox body Mustangs.

Mechanically, this car is identical to mine. The only visible differences on the exterior, are the headlights and taillights, and the wheels.

Would I trade mine for a 2025? No, I love mine just the way it is. With 18, 000 miles on mine, there really nothing different from mine that would want have. I plane to keep mine a long time.

Save the manuals.

BMW doesn't recommend you use launch control until the car reaches 1, 200 miles. That is the break in period. It took me a few years, but I now like the huge buck teeth grille. Beautiful car!

Why is it so slow though? 3.4 is week.
