Nice unit. I had an old Coleman Powermate that developed a problem. Generac bought out Coleman. Anyhow, Generac's customer service was sweet. Fixed me up with no questions asked.

I purchased one this morning from Lowe’s in Kingwood Texas - I am 30 minutes outside of Houston Texas - we have been without power for almost three days & we are expected to be without power for another four days

I bought this exact mod yesterday from Lowe’s. It made power for about two minutes and now it won’t even charge my lamp. Any suggestions?

I recommend anyone buying a Generac or any generator from Lowes or Home depot to get the warranty. It only cost you and extra $110 and if any problems come up, you just bring back and they will replace with new one
