There is no thermal pad/thermal paste/thermal interface material between the heatsink and the CPU. The CPU is not being cooled. Also, there is no temperature data to show temps before and after mounting the cooler. I think that there is a misunderstanding here in how the cooler is supposed to be mounted. One should be careful when watching this video.
