I’ve been a fan of Luis for so long, back during when Lamont Holt was popping off on YouTube. In fact, him featuring Yuto when he visited Japan was how I started watching Yuto

Luis is the person who made me fall in love with skating. Watching him was the little push I needed to begin my journey. I’m 3 years in and have enjoyed the process of learning everything. Met so many great people throughout the years. I’m thankful for Luis and his videos ❤️

This guy is literally the definition of a skateboarder.
Hustling the streets to make it. ✌️

I started watching him when I got back skating some years ago. It was the group of Luis, Garret, Vinnie, and a few others when they would skate SoCal. That was well before he split off to move to Japan and do his own thing. Been following him ever since.

So glad that you invited Luis Mora. He is a good dude, really passionate by skateboarding and still humble. I’ve been following him on Youtube for years now. He really deserves more recognition !

In my honestly perception, Luis started a whole new world of filming and editing style that influence a whole generation on Instagram skate content!

Dude I’ve been watching this guy since I was 13 years old and I’ve been watching the nine club since I was 16 years old, I’m 20 now, the intersection of these two worlds, from when luis was sleeping on lamont’s floor, to him moving to tokyo, getting married, and starting erased I’ve been following his story for so long and this makes the happiest to ever see as someone pursuing being a filmer in this industry, this makes me so inspired to keep going and pursue my dreams seeing Luis on the number 1 podcast for all skaters, core and youtuber and influencer, we all respect the nine club and to see Luis on here makes me feel so inspired and happy.

Use me as a “Luis should bring back his old YouTube videos” button.

I understand why he deleted them but I miss the way his old video helped get thru a lot of bad time. Makes me feel nostalgic watching his old vids.

Filmed some instagram clips with Luis randomly at Sheldon a bunch of years back, checks out. Dude can do Bigspin inward heels too, so sick.

luis mora appreciation incoming: i’m not even tryna sound like that dude tryna sound like a cool OG viewer, but i started watching luis when the finesse edit first came out. and after that, i watched every single vlog/edit he put out and got to see how much he grew and it was so awesome seeing the growth. he even put me on lil peep and x when he’d put their songs in their videos like way before they got famous which was so cool. and i remember the video where he first announced erased and the first product was like a windbreaker with an erased logo and seeing how much the brand grew was absolutely insane. definitely all time favorite youtuber and it’s so awesome seeing him grow so much and making a name for himself as well as other skaters. big ups luis

My first Luis Mora video I watched was SKATING AN ABANDONED JAPANESE SCHOOL. The song played in that video (What If by Ryan Librada) I had never heard it before and it went really well with the scenes. His content is truly great to watch.

Probably one of my favorite parts was hearing Luis talk about why he removes videos, because I've been watching him for almost 10 years, lots of those og videos that brang me to love him and his channel are gone. I wasn't aware he was removing more recent uploads such as the "SKATE in real life" as I watch most of his content on release, I specifically remember that video and how crazy the production value was around it, so to only learn through this podcast it's been removed is a shock.
I get what Luis is saying around his reasoning, but he's gotta realize he's being harder on himself than need be, those videos are fire, the ones from 10 years ago are his foundations and it's a shame that newcomers to his brand/youtube will only get a "pick and choose" version of his rise to fame, I recall a video he did with someone that was living out of a shed in a backyard, the videos gone now but that was such an eye-opening video that people can no longer experience.

I hope he eventually reuploads them, because they are all better videos that 99% of the slop on this platform, they deserve to be viewed by all. I love the idea you guys brung up about him reuploading the "SKATE in real life" to take advantage of the new SKATE game, that'd be a great move to capitalize on the analytics.
