Confusing octaves: C3, C4, C5, C6, C7, F7

The notes I talk about singing in this video are an octave lower than what I say. The actual notes are those written in the title. This video was retitled after it was initially recorded because I got my octaves confused. The story behind how it happened is in my video called Once More With Feeling in the Wrong Octave.
