3 years ago I was diagnosed with Fuch's disease of the right eye. Every morning I eat a bowl of cooked mother's oats and half cup of blueberries. I saw my ophthalmologist in Dec 2023 for my yearly exam. My Dr was shocked! She could barely detect Fuch's disease in my right eye. I immediately knew it was the Blueberries and oatmeal..

Even though I feel the video title could have better depicted the video better, I feel that if one can get past that and actually listen to the video, they could learn more than one thing ! I feel the video has a good balance. First, it discusses the health benefits of blueberries, then it talks about what to eat with them
Lastly, it tells you what not to eat with blueberries. . It's not one sided.

That was myself, because, I use to eat a lot of french fries, and Kentucky fried chicken crunchy! But know I eat the original when I go there know! I thank God for bleesing me how to learn to take care of myself. Even before I started seeing these videos! When I watch them I state to myself. I'm already eating that way makes me feel very good to know that I'm eating pretty healthy...!!!🤔😃😘☝

I'm losing my vision and am seeing a Neuro Opthamologist right now. My diagnoses are a page long. I love blu series in my smoothies. I'll try the flax seeds too. I used to put in my smoothies.

It's got nothing to do with the presence or the effects of blueberries.
I came here to learn about food interactions and negative side effects of blueberries (which seemed dubious from the start), because the clickbait promised it, not for basic recommendations I've seen a million times.

This video regarding the risks of consuming certain foods with blueberries wasn't new news. In that the content of the video was simply a mixture of the benefits of blueberries along with the effects of certain foods that were not beneficial to the body such as sugar, salt, fatty foods, etcetera, etc.

So, the combined information was merely a regurgitation of old news that some of us were already aware of that were packaged together as new news, which was not the case at all.

In all, the content of this video was basically a case of information overload.

Your title for this video is misleading. While you inform about the many benefits of blueberries, talking about eating them with sugary foods, or fried foods, or salty foods isn’t helpful. Consuming any of those dangerous foods with anything isn’t good for one’s health. Blueberries are healthy, period. Eating them with other nutritious foods is healthful.
