Which commanders do you think are the most powerful Commanders in the set? Did we miss any? Are you planning on building any of the Commanders we talked about today? What are the hot pieces of tech that we missed?

Im surprised they didnt mention the 9th doctor. His ability can be fantastic

4 mana being “a lot” of mana for a commander is a crazy take

Really surprised I didn't see the War Doctor here. His ability is actually really, really scary. Prof's Shuffle up and play episode showed how scary he can be.

The Master, Multiplied is pretty terrifying ngl

I think the face of boe has a ton of potential. It makes a lot of suspend cards pure value.

Really fun thing about "the master, multiplied" is if you run him in grixis, with jon irenicus, you can gift goaded copies of the master that cannot be sacrificed to your opponents. Which gets even sillier.

Your fun lore bit for the Beast is that he's the ACTUAL Christian Satan in Doctor Who 😂 so the 6/6 with 6 counters is fun design.

just gonna smash the mishra, necron, and villains precons together. Seems good

I wasint going to look at this set at all... BUT THE MASTER, MULTIPLIED? I can get behind that 100%

For Ashad, you can add Mishra Eminent One in the 99 that animates a non creature artifact and makes a mishra's warform which is a 4/4.

War Doc is definitely my favourite pick from the decks!

Finally, Six gets the recognition he deserves.

Anyone else counting down the minutes until the set releases and we can get our hands on the Doctor Who decks? I have mine all pre-ordered and can't wait to build all my doctor who decks! I want to do one for each doctor. I would be what Jimmy described as a Doctor Who Fanatic lol

Excited for doctor or time lord tribal. All 15 doctors and some time lords

The War Doctor is the coolest Cmdr from this set.

38:10 to pass away eyes everywhere you MUST have blue mana. So if you give it to the nonblue player they have some problems

Some great things to do with River Song:
Junktroller/Reito Lantern type effects to recycle cards easily, since you'll be drawing those cards immediately.
Scry effects to look at cards you'd not be drawing anyway, then put things you do want to draw to the bottom.
Future Sight/Reality Chip type effects to essentially have an additional card in hand, since you aren't drawing from the top that card will be there for a while.
Brainstorm/Scroll Rack effects to tuck cards from your hand you don't want on top where you won't re-draw them.
Impulsive draw effects getting you cards from the top that you wouldn't have drawn otherwise.
Teferi's Puzzle Box is actually quite good with River, _because_ your hand stays the same but your opponents' don't. This way, you get to keep your crafted hand while your opponents always have ever changing hands that they can't plan ahead with.

River seems like a good combo deck plus she hates on tutors. That sounds like a pretty good cedh deck to me!
