Your video shows that (R, +) is the symmetry group of the real number line with translation but this doesn't really prove the general fact you gave at the end that any group ( of the form (Symmetry, composition) ) is a symmetry group of some objects. Sure, there are a lot of examples but this isn't a proof. I really wish you could prove that since I really want to know
