Formed in 2010 by three musicians from the island of Crete, Daulute brings a unique and dynamic sound to the interpretation of Greek traditional music. It presents an extensive Cretan repertoire as a basis, while it also explores other Greek music idioms and improvisations. Motivated by their common love and respect for Greek music, the musicians endeavour to develop an alternative world music sound
