I just had the LAL+ March 5th and get my first light adjustment tomorrow. I can already see 20/20 distance, intermediate and very good for near. Amazing depth of field…amazing. I have a small astigmatism 1.25 that will get corrected and some tweaking. I am excited. No halos, excellent night vision.

In my opinion, LAL should be the standard of care for cataract surgery. I had a small amount of astigmatism. Was very near sighted. Had surgery in May 2024. Had 3 adjustments. I now have Excellent intermediate and distant vision. But need to wear glasses for reading. Achieved 20/15 in both eyes. I am very happy. I have never had such good vision. I wore contacts for 60 years.

I thought that with LAL you can only adjust it once. Anyway, it's very sad, there are so many options, but none of them come close to natural lenses which are able to focus instantly at any distance.

Alexei, Thank you so much for the review! I've been waiting for something new for a long time (As you may remember). I still haven't put in my lenses, the excitement and stress about my eyesight is gone, I'm using glasses for I guess I'm used to it.

This was a very good explanation, and I will probably end up with one LAL lens soon as I only have a cataract on my right eye. I had Lasik surgery over 20 years ago and my eye doctor recommended the LAL lens but it is $5000 !!!

Doc my eyes have myopia -1250 both eyes
I go to Thailand for treatment
But they say my eyes have high pressure in the eyes
Which is not suitable for ICL lense input or laser treatment !
It is say for me I need stick to holy glasses, is there any treatment for myopia for my case I am tried of glasses
